Welding
eLVe group s.r.o. has qualified welders for: Arc welding (111) TIG welding (141) for Alloy steel and Aluminum
Qualification of our welders is periodically verified in accordance with EN and ISO standarts.
Non-Destructive testing (NDT)
Our staff are properly certified according to STN EN ISO 9712 + PED. For our customers we perform the following services: VT2, PT2, MT2, RT2 on demand, UT2, UTT, Hardness testing.
Inspections gas and pressure units
eLVe group s.r.o. has Inspector for gas and pressure units by range Gas units Ae,f,g, h,i,Be,f, g, h,i and Pressure units Ab1,b2, eBb1,b2, e1e2, f1.
TECHNICIANS
We also offer services in the field of pre-assembly inspection of the delivery, post-assembly final inspection, creating AS BUILT documentation, construction test, control coating thickness, preparation for the first official test before putting equipment into operation, creating of welding documantation, WPS, WPQR, welding books/welding records. We offer techicians for Positive material identification (PMI, Cr and CrNi and Alloy materials). We have also specialist for the management of work for repair and self-repair Gas Ae,f, g, h, i,Be,f,g, h, i and Pressure units Ab1,b2, e, Bb1,b2, e1,e2,f1.
SPECIAL SERVICES
PALM Scanner
Weld assessment of difficult–to acces small diameter pipes NDT inspections of circumferential butt welds are a complex task. This type of joint is found in various structures including small diameter tubes in boilers. Experts inspect these to find defects which could result in the failure of a component, possibly inducing a human or environmental hazard. Operating Information The PALM Scanner family inspects pipes of diameters from 1.5″ up to 3.5″. The tools are adaptable with various wedges and phased array probes to suit any inspection procedures regardless of tube thickness, material or acceptance criteria. The PALM Scanners are delivered with a wide selection of accessories in order to make inspection and/or equipment handling even simpler.

Inspection Technologies Wireless Digital Detectors
The DXR 250C-W portable detector combines GE’s unrivalled wealth of experience and expertise in medical and industrial radiography. This new digital detector is specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial radiographic inspections.
